Building & Zoning Office
Dyer County, TN requires a Building Permit for all new construction (including mobile/modular homes), additions, alterations and demolitions. We also permit accessory buildings. Contact our office for any permit and setback information before you build. To submit a Permit please click on the link below and email to our office. Permit fees are based on Cost of Construction.
Please have your Sewage Permit and 911 address before submitting Permit Application.
The Building & Zoning Department answers complaints for overgrown yards, abandoned vehicles, junk and debris. To submit a complaint please click on the form below and email to our office.
The Planning Commission meets on the second Thursday of the month. The deadline for submission is 14 days prior to the meeting.
The Board of Zoning Appeal meets on the second Tuesday of the month. They hear appeals on a case basis. The deadline is 14 days prior to the meeting
